Start the day with a champagne buffet reception and briefing given by an experienced America’s Cup sailor, who will explain the intricacies of the days racing. Watch the boats dock out from their team bases and feel the excitement build. For those who wish to, take to the water on board our two chase boats to witness the speed and power of these amazing racing machines. This is as close to the America’s Cup action as you can be!  Back on the dock, we will be streaming the entire days event from the air-conditioned comfort of La Fenice. Once the racing concludes, we will regroup onboard La Fenice for an afternoon debrief of the racing from our resident America’s Cup specialist.

Throughout the day, using locally sourced ingredients, our chef will create a delicious and unique menu for you and your guests to enjoy, served with relaxed elegance and a personal touch.
